Wiregrass Foundation has provided a three-year grant to establish a satellite office of the Nonprofit Resource Center of Alabama (NRCA) in the Wiregrass area. The local NRCA office will include a director who will manage the delivery of professional education workshops. The office will serve as a key point-of-contact for information and referral questions and requests, and coordinate the requests of local nonprofits for access to technical assistance. The Wiregrass NRCA office will assist the Montgomery NRCA Director of Membership in providing outreach and recruitment for local nonprofits and in conjunction with the NRCA Resource Development Director, develop other sustaining community partners to ensure the continuity of NRCA services.
